Aaahh, darn it! I wasn't really sure what character it was, so I just took a stab in the dark and came out looking like a noob. Also, in regards to noobish questions, isn't the main difference that katakana is spelled sideways?

Katakana is like Kanji and Hiragana and Japanese type .. can be write vertical or horizontal.

However the thing is people in china suffer all the time , they do not know what it is to be free and I feel so sorry for them.

Welcome back! I hope your family in China is well.
I didn't come to say hello earlier as I was busy with some projects and problems, but all is well now. Yes, there are many websites that cannot be opened from the Internet in China, as they are censored for one reason or another.
Just in case nobody has answered you yet about "charade" and "out cast", I will briefly describe them for you:
A charade is essentially to pretend being someone you aren't. And an out cast is ussually a person that is not generally accepted by society or people (I pretty much understand this situation personally). I hope this description helps you understand a little bit better the comments of the other people here. Don't let them say any bad things to you or about you. They are not better.
